Already in spring 2008 the project "Résidence Tanzi" of the BioNova-Partneroffice Ecosis Ltd. (Tony Lee Luen Len) was honored with the Innovators Award of the Nation Productivity and Competitiveness Council (NPCC).

In June 2010 the extraordinary residential apartment complex of 20 luxury villas which are all designed in the sense of "green thinking" was also winner by the "1st Green Award Mauritius (GAM) 2010" at the category: Green Building, Development & Land Use.

BioNova Partner Tony Lee (Ecosis Ltd.) designed several NSP's to be part of the outdoor facilities for this complex.
