On September 22nd 2009, James Robyn (BioNova Natural Pools, based in New Jersey, USA) and Rainer Grafinger (BioNova International Headquarters, based in Munich, Germany), delivered a 90 minute lecture at the American Society of Landscape Architects Annual Meeting and Expo in Chicago. The presentation was very well received with many questions and much interaction with the attendees.

A special committee from ASLA had chosen the BioNova presentation submission on 'Natural Swimming Pools and Ponds' out of more than a hundred applications.

The 'ASLA 2009' (annual meeting and EXPO) took place from September 18 - 21, 2009 at the Lakeside Centre, McCormick Place, Chicago.

At the Expo, many interested Landscape Architects visited the BioNova Booth to learn more about Natural Swimming Pools. We were very successful in meeting hundreds of Landscape Architects from all over North America and providing them with information about the European-originated Natural Swimming Pools.
